You have 2 HOURS to cancel or edit an order
To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact us form with the subject ‘Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. ‘Order cancellation #RBS1234).
To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject ‘Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. ‘Order Edit #1234’).
If you are ever refunded, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to place an order for that item. If by chance you order an item that is not in stock due to inventory inaccuracy, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you.If an item is out of stock that you wanted, you are welcome to leave feedback and I will be happy to work on getting it in stock for you.
Processing is 3-5 business days!
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
We are not responsible for any lost,stolen or damaged items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any package is lost, damaged or stolen. It is recommended that you give the order 2 business days to arrived when stated delivered in case of shipping mistakes.
